Jody Lawrence

Jody began his career as an accountant after receiving a degree from Memphis State University in 1989. Shortly after, Jody started working with farmers on business and marketing plans which ultimately led to the founding of Strategic Trading Advisors in 1999, a consulting brokerage firm with a well followed daily newsletter. Jody’s musings on Ag markets now attract more than 7,000 farmers across 33 states, opening up a tremendous network of Ag specialists across the grain and meats complex for which Jody to draw upon in assisting select clients in structuring agricultural hedging via the futures and options markets.

Tom Chavez

With more than 30 years or experience in futures, Thomas Chavez has continually grown and adapted with the changes in the industry. Throughout his journey, Thomas has been a broker, trader, business owner, and investor consultant. Now a Director at RCM Alternatives, Thomas probably has a good idea of what his customers are looking for before they do. On a day to day basis, you’ll find Mr. Chavez researching, selecting, and allocating client assets to trading advisors, while coordinating client driven solutions.

Alex Gu

Alex Gu started his career in Financial service industry 6 years ago. For his first two years he worked as Senior client manager at HSBC, then he joined a FCM to continue his career path. Currently he works at Galaxy Futures as Manager of Global Business, leading the team to help develop international business. Alex is a witness of golden age for China’s financial industry. He and his team cover more than 1,000 local PFMs and have deep collaboration with more than 300 of those, cover 30 Securities and FCMs, 20 Investment Banks, and a number of household FOFs and MOMs. Alex and his team are pioneers of China’s international financial business.
