Tracy has been with RCM since the start, with an understanding of what it takes to keep business flowing no matter the circumstances. Mrs. Christie currently works to keep the office running smoothly as an Administrative Director. Tracy works as a liaison between new customers, their brokers, CTAs, and FCMs. Tracy would describe opening up a new account like a dance, balancing, and choreographing the paperwork from one point to the next.
